Cross is proud to partner with Liberty United to launch a very special collectible pen that supports the mission to stop gun violence on the streets by supporting programs to protect at-risk children in dangerous neighborhoods in America. The bold silhouette of the Cross X Liberty United rollerball has a solid metal body with patented, snap-open, snap-shut telescoping mechanism. A disk of blackened steel from a melted-down illegal gun is set into the crown and marked with the Liberty United logo. The pen’s clip has the serial number of an illegal gun - removed from circulation by police working with Liberty United - that will never again be on the streets. Liberty United donates 20% of its proceeds to invest back into the communities to fund education and recreation programs for children in the highest crime areas, transforming a gun into helping transform a life. To date, Liberty United has funded programs for more than 3,000 at-risk children across the United States. Each year more than 17,000 American children fall victim to gun violence.
